Understanding your personal goals, your business dynamics and meeting key stakeholders is our starting point to make your coaching experience valuable, timely and relevant.  We recognise that you have the ability to resolve your own situation and our aim is to release it, create clarity around your goals and bring out the best in your leadership.

It takes courage to be coached.  You can trust our director's coaches to support you where and when you choose.  With board experience themselves, they are perfectly placed to support, challenge and energise you throughout; providing a vital sounding board.

How our coaching works

  • Firstly, one of our network of director's coaches will work with you to explore and agree measurable objectives that are tailored to your needs and those of your business.  This means the outcomes of your coaching are tangible rewards for you and your business.  It also means, time spent with your coach, either face-to-face or via an online or telephone link, will always be effective
  • Coaching sessions are at a location of your choice
  • We recommend a series of three sessions as a minimum, although most of our clients stay with us for longer
  • Your coaching outcomes are reviewed against your objectives on a regular basis.  This often results in setting further objectives, then working on those!
  • At all times we respect your confidences and all the information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Additional benefits

360 degree audit - you can choose to include our 360 Leadership Audit as part of your coaching programme; to create awareness and assist in setting objectives before coaching and evaluation after coaching.  Our audit focuses on 12 specific leadership traits.

Board development - a board development programme will bring board members closer together to recognise and value each other's strengths to enable you to work together more effectively - making an even greater positive impact on the organisation.
