Alistair Marsh: Based in the South East, Alistair has held senior management positions in small, medium and large businesses and coached businesses in food production, manufacturing, health care and the public sector.

Allan Sturrock: Based in Scotland, Allan's approach to coaching evolved from his experience of working with executives in ICI, Christian Salvesen, NHS, Scottish Power, Morgan Stanley and the Royal Bank of Scotland. After nine years with Penna Group, culminating as Head of Coaching, he set up his own coaching and mentoring consultancy.

Ann Akers: Based in Southern England, Ann has more than 20 years experience of working at board and executive level. Her recent coaching assignments have been within financial services, publishing, technology, construction and the public sector.

Becky Meadows: During a career working at senior management level in the NHS spanning 16 years, including board and executive level, Becky was invited to be a mentor on the national fast track management training scheme and, on a separate programme, of the East of England Region. Becky is based in the South East and now works on a consultancy basis, providing leadership support to large scale NHS change programmes and expert advice to the pharmaceutical sector. She has been a tutor with The Leadership Trust for 10 years and is one of their accredited executive coaches.

Bill Dykes: Based in the Home Counties, Bill spent 35 years in senior operational and human resources roles in retail and leisure sectors. Practicing an inclusive and supporting style of leadership encouraged his recognition of the values of coaching to develop and support senior executives within business.

Carol Skolimowski: Prior to coaching Carol spent 22 years in various supply chain and logistics roles across three industries; pharmaceuticals, packaging and coatings before focusing entirely on leadership coaching in 2006. Carol is based in the Home Counties.

David Coates: Based in the South West, David has over 25 years experience of working at board and executive level from multi-national corporations to small companies. Having spent nine years as a board member and director of one of the UK's leading commercial law firms, he decided to become independent; combining his two passions of leading change programmes as an IT consultant and becoming an accredited coach with The Leadership Trust, where he has also been a tutor for the past 15 years.

Dave Wills: Based in Scotland, Dave is a learning facilitator with many years experience in training and development in financial services, also Hussman Corporation and Motherwell Bridge Group, and as a freelance trainer and coach. Dave holds coaching, training and management qualifications and has a naturally dynamic yet quietly supportive style.

Denise Mulligan: Based in the South East, Denise has more that 20 years experience of working at senior management level. After beginning in engineering, Denise switched career to work within the NHS in both senior clinical and management roles, eventually accepting the post of senior manager for a large charitable healthcare provider which led to a move towards coaching. Denise is an associate tutor for Sussex University and is an accredited executive coach with The Leadership Trust and since 1989 has been a tutor on both their customised and open leadership development programmes.

Gill Stormont: Based in the West Country, Gill has had extensive senior management experience in operations and human resources, in FMCG, manufacturing, financial and utilities sectors, including over 20 years of coaching in all types of organisations, from main board directors to middle managers.

Howard Perkins: Howard is based in the South East, has tutored for 10 years for The Leadership Trust and is also an accredited executive coach. Before taking early retirement from the Senior Civil Service, he held a number of senior appointments which included overseas assignments. These international appointments provided him with invaluable experience in dealing effectively with cultural differences that can inhibit people from different backgrounds working together.

John Ashford: John has developed extensive expertise in leadership, team and personal development on the back of a successful first career in marketing to board level. He is focused on using this combination of commercial experience and people development expertise on a freelance basis to help senior executives and their organisations to transfer people's potential and learning into tangible bottom line business performance. Based in the South West Midlands, John has been a tutor, course director and more recently a Leadership Trust executive coach and is committed to supporting the growth and development of coaching and mentoring becoming a fully recognised and high standard profession.

John White: John is an experienced businessman who has worked at board level for nearly 30 years. He has been associated with The Leadership Trust for 20 years, firstly as a tutor and then a course director on their open programmes. John is based in South Wales where he returned to run a successful manufacturing company in 2005, combining his own business with that of associate course director and accredited coach at The Leadership Trust. All this gives John a good insight into what makes business and people work well. He coaching style is down to earth, pragmatic, practical and very much client orientated.

Jon Davidge: Based in the South East, Jon's 25 year long business career was spent in the publishing and media industries. He served at board level for 10 years and for the past eight years he has practiced as an independent executive coach. Accredited by Bath Consultancy Group as a supervisor of coaches, mentors and teams, he supervises The Leadership Trust's coaching practice.

Karen Emerson: Based in the North East, Karen has been a tutor with The Leadership Trust for eight years and is one of their accredited executive coaches. She has over 28 years experience in the construction industry; 18 of these years were spent in senior management and director level positions during which time she provided board level facilitation, coached and mentored individual sales and construction staff, as well as developing the team working skills of large sales organisations in a target driven industry.

Ken Baylis: Based in the Midlands, Ken has a wealth of experience in human resources, coaching and training in addition to marketing, sales and roles in general and quality management. Having coached people reporting directly to him and associates for 25 years, he brings experience of working with many outstanding clients in all sectors to his coaching today.

Peter Howarth: Based in the Midlands, Peter spent over 20 years in the UK water industry at board and senior operations level, both pre and post privatisation. He was a senior member of the board's team which was responsible for the annual negotiation of terms, conditions and pay with the trade unions. He has coached senior managers and directors in both the public and private sectors. His ability to build trust, loyalty and respect are central to both his successful leadership style and his effectiveness as a coach.

Robin Lawrence: Robin has over 20 years experience of working in the corporate world involving both product and project management roles. He has been coaching professionally since 2003 and enjoys working with individuals and teams on leadership skills and self-leadership within both private and public sectors; he also provides coaching services to professionals, specialising in leadership, working-life balance, team development and communications. Robin is based in the South East and is an accredited coach with The Leadership Trust as well as a tutor on their leadership programmes.

Valerie Weston: Valerie has been a tutor for The Leadership Trust for the past 12 years and is one of their accredited executive coaches. She is based in London and has over 17 years experience working in senior commercial management roles in business development, sales and marketing. Valerie has also done considerable work in the voluntary sector and was a business advisor in Africa for Voluntary Services Overseas, she is committed to helping people make the most of their talents. A mother of two young children, she understands the organisational issues and pressures of corporate life and getting the right work-life balance.

Vickie Howe: Based in South Wales, Vicki worked as a marine biologist for an environmental consultancy before completing a doctorate of philosophy in marine habitat mapping in 1998. As a lecturer, tutor and coach, she has been working with people and their personal development for over 10 years.

Will Odling: Based in the West Midlands, Will has had divisional director and managing director roles in Lovell Partnerships, Business Post Group plc, Pan European Eurodis consortium and Amtrak Express Parcels. He began coaching executives in 2002.
