Leadership development for key personnel in charities is every bit as important as for private and public sector organisations. However, there is now greater recognition of the need for leadership skills to be honed and developed for greater public benefit in the long run, and recently the charity sector has seen the creation of the Clore Social Leadership Programme as part of this recognition.
