This programme concentrates on sharing the key learning from Leadership in Management and maximising the investment of your organisation by aligning the post-programme personal objectives with your company objectives.
Delegate Profile
The programme is intended for groups of four to ten individuals from the same organisation who have previously attended the Leadership in Management programme.
Course Objectives
Attendance on the programme will enable delegates to:
- Refresh individual learning from the Leadership in Management programme;
- Share and exchange with other delegates from the same organisation the key learning gained from the programme;
- Align individual post-programme objectives with company objectives, thereby maximising the organisation’s investment.
Course Content
- Group work and discussion;
- Interactive use of Leadership Trust models;
- Reviews and action planning.
Course Fees
The fee for a group of four to ten delegates for the one-day programme, inclusive of course materials is:
£1,850 + VAT
Further charges will be made for venue costs, meals and Course Director’s expenses if the programme is held away from The Leadership Trust’s premises.
