You have undertaken Leadership in Management or the Executive Leadership Programme and are now ready to continue your personal leadership journey with us; exploring factors that impact significantly on individual and team behaviour – trust, fear and motivation – and enhancing your effectiveness in your leadership role.

Leadership Dynamics is a powerful follow-on programme. It explores the importance of the three key themes trust, fear and motivation in leadership and how these three areas affect individual behaviour and team members.

  • How do you harness, in synergy, the full power of a team at its highest level of performance?
  • How well do you understand other people’s motivational forces and how to tap into them?
  • What are the fears and anxieties that inhibit the full, free flow of individual contributions in your team, and how can these be confronted and handled?
  • Why do you trust some people more than others, and as a leader, how does this impact on your workload and delegation?


These are some of the intangible areas of leadership which this programme enables you to explore.  Above all, it provides an advanced experience of building trust, confidence and respect in yourself and others – values which you can re-create and maintain on a continuing basis back with your own teams at work.
