This 3-day programme explores the leadership skills of coaching and mentoring for leaders responsible for the coaching and/or mentoring of others, and develops the valuable personal attributes required to be effective.

Coaching and Mentoring explores the theories, concepts and models of coaching and mentoring, and emphasises practical experience and application.  You will work in small groups, over the three days, using a combination of practical exercises, group discussion and interactive presentations to understand and explore your leadership skill in this arena, and create a personal action plan for future development.
