Leadership Trust Open Day 2012

We would like to invite you to the first  Leadership Trust Open Day event on 27th March 2012.  As well as enjoying our fantastic surroundings and facilities here at Penyard House you will get some insights into how we operate.

The event actually starts on the night before. We are offering food and drinks and accommodation for all those who wish to join us on the night of the 26th from 7.30pm onwards. It's FREE!

It will be a great opportunity to network and, of course, find out a little more about The Trust.

The day itself...

The action starts at 0900 on the 27th where there will be some introductions and then live projects that will reflect the Trusts' way of development. We believe the best way to learn is to experience it for yourself. You won't need any special clothing but we recommend being comfortable. Casual works well. Depending on the weather we may be outside some of the time.

That will take us up to lunch where you will sample the delights of our excellent restaurant. Just after lunch we will have some short presentations on key aspects of leadership development and will have a Q & A session before everyone heads off home by around 3.30pm.

Is it for you?

Although anyone with an interest in leadership development is welcome, it is really aimed at those key decision makers within organisations who have responsibility and influence over how their people are developed. If that is you then you will certainly want to evaluate  us more closely and this is the ideal time. It will be a memorable event for sure.
