DDI’s Global Leadership Forecast 2011 sponsored by the Chartered Institute of Personal Development - showed that “organisations with the highest quality leaders were 13 times more likely to outperform their competition in key metrics such as financial performance”.

More importantly we feel it. Take a moment to reflect on how you respond to good leadership. There is a strong probability of being more engaged, productive, creative, successful and happier. And then there's the other side of the coin. What happens to you and the value you give when the leadership is poor or non-existent?
