LTLeadership in Management
Type: Course
Category: Open Courses

Organisations live or die by the leadership shown by management. In the current do-more-with-less climate getting the most out of people is crucial. Those that excel rightly earn themselves bigger and better roles. Roles that usually require them to lead more people. All too often that’s when they stumble. They’re expected to be able to walk the talk, almost by instinct. Left on their own at best they’ll muddle through. At worst you’ll lose their talent somewhere else. But, it doesn’t have to be like that. Leadership is a learnable art. Our renowned Leadership in Management course is designed to expose the learnable art of leadership. It’s a highly intensive experience that provides a comprehensive grounding in the core principles of effective personal leadership.
