Methods

  • 5½-day residential to examine team performance and leadership through a series of leadership tasks, that provide learning opportunities in areas of leadership, performance, impact and behaviour. Please note that 10% of this course includes outdoor physical  activities such as caving and rock climbing with professional supervision.
