Let’s reconnect. We’ll revisit the core models of Leadership and expand your understanding so you can re-check it against your day-to-day real world experiences. We’ll explore a little more about your personal impact as a leader. Above all it’s a chance to take time out and reflect in depth about your personal impact and performance. All in only two days.

It’s all designed to bring that fizz of excitement back to your leadership.

The nuts and bolts of it...

This is a 2 day event at Penyard House, starting mid-morning and finishing mid-afternoon the next day, with a dinner in the evening. The aim is to take time to fully understand what you experienced on your course and help make sense of those valuable lessons and models that get lost in the noise of life at work.

Through project work we’ll emulate the passion, energy and frustration that you encounter in a typical Leadership Trust course. Just as critical is the time we’ll spend discussing and understanding the models you’re already familiar with - Task Achievement (Grip Self) - Communication - Building High Performing Teams - Spectrum, Leadership Behaviour - Self Development.

We’ll build on applying them as maps and audit tools so they become even more effective for you on your ongoing leadership development journey.
