Change. It’s ironic that it seems to be the only constant in organisational life. All too often change brings disruption, poor performance and an uncomfortable negative atmosphere – which isn’t good for anyone. But change can be a force for good. It can drive innovation, motivate great thinking and lead to better ways of doing things. Our Leading Change and Building Resilience course is all about learning how to develop resilience, to become less negatively affected by change. The course introduces the Leadership Trust’s DEEPER change leadership model - diagnosing the organisation, engaging and energising the people, and individual personal extended reflection A participative approach which develops leadership to produce sustainable people transitions during major organisational shifts.
Target Audience
- It is ideal for managers dealing with change and yes we know, in today’s world that really means nearly everyone. So more specifically, where that change is either significant or a constant part of the job, and it needs to be led rather than muddled through, this course is for you.
