Motivation is the desire to do things. It is the crucial element in setting and attaining goals.
Curiously, it is something that organisations around the globe constantly struggle to create successfully within their people. In fact one could argue that very often 'motivational schemes' tend to demotivate more than they motivate.
It is vital for good leadership that the topic of motivation is understood.
This highly enlightening, interactive and entertaining workshop will provide some understanding of the core drivers that need to be tapped into if we are to avoid demotivating others as well as ourselves.
