Implementing strategy involves a lot of people doing the right things at the right time and, critically, having the authority to take decisions as the situation demands.  We understand that, but isn’t it surprising how many times it never seems to happen? It’s one of the biggest challenges facing any organisation.

Our Strategic Leadership course is designed to show you how this challenge can be overcome and is for managers who are developing, influencing, implementing or communicating strategy

According to a Leadership Trust study (2011), five times as many leaders report that their organisations develop strategy better than they execute strategy rather than the other way around. This programme focuses on developing the leadership skills and techniques needed to get strategy executed more effectively.
